Watercraft Registration

Lot Owners may register up to 4-Motorized Boats including Personal Water Craft and Electric Motor Boats on the Lake at one time.  Each craft must be registered with the WCOA Secretary and be owned by the association member.  The associations member's Lot Number shall be displayed in numbers no smaller than 3 inches in height and displayed on both sides of the back of Boats and on both sides towards the front of Personal Water Craft.

Each member shall furnish proof of liability insurance, in the minimum amount required under Nebraska law, for each motorized watercraft to be operated on the Lake.  A copy of the proof of insurance shall be provided to the WCOA Secretary on or before April 1st of each year.
